A return e-mail, which states that your credit card has been charged for your order, serves as acceptance of your offer to purchase tickets. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If the event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.

Season tickets will be mailed within 4 weeks of the first concert of the season.

Tickets purchased less than 15 days prior to a concert date may be picked up at the box office the night of the concert by showing a printout of your e-mail receipt.
